Bog(福)-jumeoni
Tradition, carried forward.
Traditional Korean garments often had no built-in pockets, so small pouches were used to carry personal belongings and sometimes served as decorative symbols of good fortune. Bog(福)-Jumeoni reinterprets this tradition as a contemporary pouch for everyday objects such as wireless earphones.
Made from discarded tarpaulins and fishing nets, each piece gives existing materials a new purpose while reducing unnecessary waste. Differences in the reclaimed materials make every pouch slightly unique, allowing each person to choose one that feels personal to them.
*The name Bog (福) means good fortune in Korean. Beyond its practical function, the object carries the spirit of a small talisman — something useful, personal and made to keep a little good fortune close.

Waste becomes the starting point.
Every piece is made from discarded tarpaulins and fishing nets that would otherwise continue to pile up as waste. By reclaiming these materials, the project gives them a new purpose and a longer life.

Bag & Hammock
One material, two ways of living.
Bag & Hammock explores how everyday objects can be designed with greater care for the materials they use and the life they become part of. Made with jute, the project brings together simple function, natural material and a more considered approach to everyday living.
Using the same material language across two different objects, the project explores how design can support different moments of daily life — from carrying what we need to creating a place to rest. Rather than adding unnecessary complexity, each object focuses on simplicity, usefulness and the character of the material itself.
At its core, the project asks how ordinary objects can contribute to a way of living that takes less from the world around us.

Made from what can grow again.
Jute forms the foundation of the project — a renewable natural material chosen for its durability, low-impact character and ability to return to nature. By working with its natural colour and texture, the design reduces unnecessary treatment while allowing the material itself to shape the final objects.
